Upper West Side Room Available

Hello! I'm looking for a roommate to share my Upper West Side 2 bedroom apt. Rent is $1450/Mo with a 1 year minimum lease and a move in date of Aug. 1, 2020 (flexible). I'm a very low-key roommate in my 30's. I work in the beauty industry on a 9-5 schedule and my office will likely re-open in Sept, so for now I'm working from home. During the day I'd be in my room working and in the evenings I cook and clean or relax. Pre-Covid I would travel to CA 3-5x/yr and socialize with coworkers/friends after work sometimes. I was going to yoga and dance classes as well. I'm super mindful of noise, a person's schedule, I'm flexible and take things as they come. I?m looking for someone respectful, kind, considerate and chill. No pets and no cigarette smoking please.

The apartment features updated appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer in-unit, wood floors and windows in every room and plenty of privacy as the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Shared spaces include a bathroom, living room and kitchen that are fully furnished. The room available is not furnished and has a window with an AC unit, a closet, wood flooring and fits a bed, dresser, nightstand and shelving as seen in the photos. This room includes additional closet space in the hallway. The super just moved into the building and he?s really nice, fast, and helpful.

The location is amazing! Central Park, Riverside Park, Columbia University, grocery shopping, and the 1 train are all within 1-3 blocks. I've been living in the neighborhood for almost a year and love it. It's a very quiet building and neighborhood but if you're looking for activity, Broadway and Amsterdam are lively.
