I'm looking for a roommate for a July 1st move in date. One room is smaller and is $1000, fits a full or queen sized bed, the other is larger at $1200 and can fit a queen or king. Both rooms have great lighting. I'm flexible on which room you'd take depending on your budget.
The apartment is located near Broadway and 45th St. It's 3 minutes to the M/R subway stop. Completely gut renovated with all new appliances from last year.
