Gorgeous duplex apartment in the UES with a backyard. One block away from the 86th street Q train. Lots of stores and bars in the area. Lots of storage space, brand new kitchen and ample living room area. Huge backyard and Laundry in the building!

The room: $1700. PRIVATE BATHROOM AND PRIVATE ENTRANCE!!! This is actually currently my room that I turned basically into a basement studio apartment. It fits a queen sized bed, 2 dressers, a bookshelf, a kitchen area with a mini fridge, electric stovetop microwave, toaster and toaster oven. It has 3 built in closets! Please note this room has no windows, which is great for sleeping! There?s an option to keep it partially furnished as well (if you wanted to keep the kitchen area only for example)
Note: I?ve been in this room for 2 1/2 years and it?s amazing- it?s just like a studio apartment but safer and that backyard was a life saver during covid.

Roommates are 2 guys (Vinny and Carlos), both super chill and clean, always pay rent on time and are very communicative. Carlos has a cat, Luna, whos very quiet and rarely leaves Carlos' room.
