Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to rent my second bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in Harlem. I am on the 3rd floor of a 3 story brownstone, close to the 125th st 2/3 train and Metro North, as well as Whole Foods and various grocery stores and coffeeshops.
The apartment has a front yard, porch, garden, and rooftop access. The room is very comfortable and furnished with a full size bed, dresser, and closet. The room has two windows and gets a lot of light throughout the day. Linens and towels are available.
The apartment is clean, calm, and spacious, with lots of good books and cooking supplies. The neighbors are friendly and family-oriented. There is no smoking in the apartment.
