Hello,

My name is ILKA and I am profesional NYC hairstylist and musician as well. I like to live respectful, no dramas, clean organized, environmental, minimal, efficient, cook healthy (no junk deep fried cook sorry) , outdoorsy, biking, don't smoke/drink (occasionally go out bar restaurant) and work 4-6 days 6-8 hours a day. I had previous roommates mostly students ( from Columbia University, City College), musicians, artists and travelers with a flexible long or short term agreement.

I am seeking only ONE roommate ( sorry NO COUPLES and PETS ) who is a respectful, positive, neat, organized, self motivated, responsible for payments on time, outdoorsy, has job ( outside home), no dramas, non smoker, no drugs, no alcohol, eat healthy style, help trash out often, clean sharing areas after use. The room is available for month to month an agreement ( preferably at least 3 months) and 1st month rent additional security deposit ( refundable after 30-45 days move out notice)

This is fully furnished TWO bedroom apartment and one bathroom, kitchen and living room area will be shared. There's one private bedroom has queen size bed, night stand, air conditioner, drawer, table, chair, TV etc.

The Apartment on 5th floor in High rise elevator building with 24/7 security entrances with cameras, beautiful courtyard, laundry room in building and located on Madison Avenue and 135th street.

I am living in my apartment for 10 years. It is convenient safe location to all transports 2,3,4,5, B, C express trains; MetroNorth train, buses M60 (to LA Guardia airport) M1, Bx33, M7, M102 are available in walking distance and by subway 20-30 minutes to mid and down town.

5-15 minutes in walking distance grocery stores and shopping stores are available on 125th street ( Whole Foods, Trader Joe's (opening soon) TJmaxx, Staples, Marshall's, CVS pharmacy, H &M, foot Locker, furniture stores, bar restaurants, deli groceries etc). Also on 117th street big East River shopping mall ( Costco, Target, Aldi etc)
