Nice Hollywood Room for Lease

HI there! I'm looking for a roommate (ideally female, ideally 20s/early 30s) for a June 20th move in. Your room would be the master bedroom in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment. We also have 2 tandem parking spots. Rent is $1538 plus utilities, which is usually around $100 per person. The lease is month to month, but I'd love to find someone for a longer-term stay. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished; dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer are included. We also have central heating/cooling.

The apartment complex also has a ton of amenities, you can see more on their website at alayahollywood. com. But some of the amenities include a barbeque area with attached kitchen, business center with conference room, fitness center, 24-hour security. The staff is super friendly and responsive, my service requests usually are completed within 24 hours. Generally, I just love living here! It's the best place I've lived in my adult life, I can't recommend Alaya Hollywood enough. The apartments are centrally located in the heart of Hollywood and is surprisingly very quiet and safe given the location; I also haven't had many problems with traffic.

A little about me! I'm a 29-year-old female who works at Showtime. I'd consider myself an outgoing introvert. I recharge by resting by myself, but go a little stir crazy if I don't see friends for a couple of days (cue quarantine). As a roommate, I'm pretty great to live with I think. I'm clean, respectful and friendly. I will sometimes have friends over, but it's not very often. I'm a non-smoker. I'm hoping to find a roommate who matches these qualities! I enjoy working out, watching television and movies, volunteering at church, and generally just enjoying the city.
