The unit is a furnished and recently renovated garden level apartment that's about a 12 minute walk to the Belmont Blue line station (which recently had a $17M renovation) or a quick bus ride to the Logan square station.

Rent per room is $633 which includes all utilities except for internet. The rooms themselves are more on the small side but include a queen bed and very spacious closets.

Central heat & AC, dish washer, gas stove, filtered water, and there is a washer & dryer that is shared between the other 2 units in the building but it's literally a door away.

The current occupant (me) - 22 year old male working professionally for local TV shows and a pilot for a skydiving company in Wisconsin on weekends. I don't smoke and I don't throw parties but a friend or two will be over on occasion. I love to cook, be adventurous, and go relax on the beach when the sun is out.
