Looking for a roommate to move in on or after May 22. It?s bright flex bedroom in a spacious 1B1B (680 sqft in total, the flex room is bigger than the bedroom). Doorman building, apartment was newly renovated. Onsite laundry, gym, BBQ grill, and lounge chairs in private garden among other amenities. Room can come semi-furnished with double bed, desk, and chair. A lot of storage space, as my old roommate and I paid extra for built-in shelves in the flex wall. Water, gas and heat included, monthly utilities bill had been around $30/person, Internet is $25/person.
