One bedroom with skylight in 5 bedroom apartment

One bedroom available in 5 bedroom apartment in Jersey City. Room has a beautiful skylight and is on its own floor so is very private. The room will come unfurnished. Apartment has large kitchen and living room as well as a rooftop with a view of the Statue of Liberty. Room has connected private bathroom. Apartment is located close to the PATH train and it?s quicker to get to Manhattan from here than most of Brooklyn. The neighborhood has developed a lot in the past couple years with luxury condo buildings going up all the time. They?re saying is the new Williamsburg and it certainly feels like it. Luckily we have a great landlord who hasn?t raised our rent in three years.

All the roommates have busy schedules so we rarely see each other. For the most part we keep to ourselves but we?ve all been here over two years and are friends at this point and we?re looking for a roommate who fits with the chill atmosphere. No pets allowed.

Move-in available June 1st and possibly a few days earlier. One month security deposit required. Utilities are about $75 per month which includes gas, electricity, internet, and a maid who cleans all the bathrooms and shared spaces once a month.

Regarding covid-19 and viewing the apartment, I am currently the only one here as the other roommates are back home with their families. I had covid and recovered 4 weeks ago so apartment should be free of the virus at this point. If you are not able to come view the apartment in person we can setup a video call.
