Our apartment is a spacious 3 bed 2 bath 1250 sq. ft. light and bright space with a large south facing balcony. Rental $1850 monthly (furnished or unfurnished), only electricity bill to share all other bills and wi-fi are included.
We are looking to share this beautiful home with a similar minded professional who loves home comforts, great transport (just a few minutes walk from Q, 4, 5 and 6) and closeby great restaurants, bars and shops.. Carl Schurz Park and the East River is a few minutes walk away and Central Park at the Met Museum a ten minute stroll. There is a CITI bike location directly outside the building.
Rebecca, your room mate (and pictured), is a 25 year old Clinical Researcher at Mount Sinai and I have my own business in the UK so am only in NYC part of the time.
