Hey! I have something that might interest you. I currently live in a 3 BR 2 bathrooms duplex (2 floors) apartment with a back yard in the UES (1 block away from the 86th street Q train). Since both my roommates are moving I?m looking for someone to rent the top floor (bigger bedroom, living room, kitchen and bigger bathroom) with access to the back yard through the bedroom.
