3 bedroom apartment in a great area of Astoria, right near the 30th Avenue N Station! Spacious and sunlight 3 bedroom apartment, on the 3rd floor, with furnished large Living Room / Dining Area, great kitchen w/ full pantry, and bathroom. The only furnishings you need will be the ones for your room, but there is space if you have extra furniture.

Some amenities:
A live-in super who is extremely responsive and handy, and will help fix leaks, install air conditioners, and fix any small problem. Laundry room in the basement, and a laundromat not far. We are also very close to a Trade Fair that is being incredibly responsible with social distancing.

About me:

Myself:
I am 30, I work in the city, am an active musician who performs around the city and Long Island, who keeps relatively regular hours. I love to cook and bake, and am pretty quiet. I don't usually bring the party back, but I don't mind guests, and friends coming over. I am looking for a non-smoking professional to join us in one of the best locations in Astoria. I've been here 4 years, and this is an excellent location.

Second Roommate:
A theater PHD student who likes to cook and bake, read, workout, watch movies, and hangout. She teaches from about 8-6 M-F and is in her room.

About You:
A responsible non smoker who enjoys a movie night occasionally, enjoys baked goods. I am currently working from home, and I understand that most of us are home now! The apartment is large enough that we can work from home at the same time without bothering each other.

About the neighborhood:
Right near the 30th Avenue N/W stop. Across from an elementary school, so outside of school hours, it's silent. Not a lot of traffic. There is a hospital on our street, but the ambulances usually turn off their sirens before they reach the street. We are right near a park on 30th, that puts on concerts in the evenings in the summer, a 24 hour supermarket. Almost everyone in the area is wearing masks, and everyone is being really safe. Right now, the street our entrance is on is closed, due to there being a hospital at the end of it, but it really is a very quiet area in general. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk from Astoria Park / the waterfront. Close to gyms of all kinds, and easy to get delivery to.

The unfurnished room:

$1050 a month:
Spacious room, freshly painted, can fit a full / queen size bed, desk, and dresser, and bookcase. The room is large enough to fit a desk and a chair during this time when all of us are living at home. Has a nice closet with a large shelf/storage space at the top. Due at agreement: First month, and $1050 Security Deposit.

Utilities are split 3 ways, and are often $50 a month, up to about $60 in the month with air conditioners.
