Private room in Chelsea apt overlooking High Line

The apartment:
- Private room available in 2BR/1BA apartment, overlooking the High Line, high ceilings, lots of natural light, hardwood floors

- You will be joining a 1 year lease with me, starting June 1st (will have to fill out a simple application for the landlord)

- Shared areas: large dine-in kitchen, separate dining room and living room. Shared bathroom

- This is a railroad style apartment, with the second bedroom (mine) on the opposite side of the apartment with a separate entrance from outside. This makes the bedrooms quite private

- Your bedroom is overlooking the High Line, so there is an awesome view and very little noise from outside

- 5th floor walkup, but the benefit is that it allows plenty of light into the apartment, and nobody lives above so there is no noise from neighbors above

- If desired, can arrange to purchase for cheap from the current roommate: full sized mattress + frame, Ikea wardrobe, AC unit, shelves, etc (all less than 2 years old)

- If you already have living area furniture (e. g. couch, TV, dining room table, etc), let me know and we can arrange what makes sense to keep. I am not attached to the existing living area furniture

The Location:
- The apartment is in a great location in west Chelsea, overlooking the High Line and walking distance to all the restaurants/shops/galleries that Chelsea has to offer. Hudson River Park is two avenues west, and Hudson Yards is also two blocks north.

- For transportation, the apartment is a 7 min walk to 7 train at Hudson Yards, 10 min walk to 23rd St C/E train, 12 min walk to Penn Station / A/C/E/1/2/3 Trains, and there are multiple Citibike stations right outside the apartment
