Hello! I am renting the master bedroom in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Bushwick, Brooklyn. It is available September 1, 2022.

The master bedroom includes a private bathroom, closet, and access to the private backyard. There are also two additional closets in the apartment for storage.

The apartment is located on the ground floor (no stairs!), and there is also a gated parking spot.

The neighborhood is quiet and laid-back. The nearest trains are the L (Wilson Avenue, 4 minute walk), and the J (Chauncey Street, 6 minute walk). There is also a bus stop across the street and a Citi Bike kiosk down the block.

To move in you would need first month's rent ($1,100) and a security deposit ($1,100) for $2,200 total. Utilities are about $50 per month per person (Con Ed and National Grid). Ideal roommate is female, employed, self-aware, kind, respectful, and communicative.
