Hello! I'm subletting my furnished room in an amazing 3BR LOFT in the heart East Village! It's an amazingly spacious apartment (2,000 square ft) in a pre-war building with hardwood floors, exposed brick, soaring 11' ceilings, and huge floor to ceiling windows that lets in lots of sunlight!

Huge living/common area with a built-in bar, leather couches, TV, stereo... all the good stuff. Full kitchen (including all sorts of cookware/dishes/pans/glasses, etc) is perfect for entertaining and hosting dinner parties. Marble bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower.

The available bedroom (10'x15') is just as spacious as most EV studios and has a large window facing a courtyard so it's very quiet (minimal street noise). It is furnished with a super-comfy queen bed, wardrobe, desk, dresser, lounge chair and TV.

Fantastic location in the heart of the East Village near tons of restaurants (literally every type of ethnic food you could ever want), coffee shops, nightlife, boutiques, etc. Walking distance to most downtown 'hoods; the Lower East Side (LES), SoHo, Nolita, West Village, Flatiron, Chelsea, Gramercy. Less than a 10 minute walk to Union Square (where you access nearly every train in Manhattan); 3 min walk to the L train into Brooklyn (Williamsburg, Bushwick and beyond.)

You'd be sharing the space with two amazing easy-going, open minded roommates. Super chill and friendly. 100% healthy. Professionals by day, creatives/artists by night. I'd like to find them another nice, respectful roommate. Don't need to be best friends, but there shouldn't be any awkwardness, nor trouble communicating. The loft is pretty mellow on the weeknights as everyone is either out of the apartment or relaxing.
