Master bedroom/bath in heart of East Village

Looking for someone to takeover my lease for a private master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment shared with two 29 year old males who share the other bathroom. One guy works at CBS sports and the other is a medical resident. We're all very good friends who did not know each other before moving in, and I can confirm that both guys are very laid back and easy to get along with. We usually watch sports, have a beer on the weekends together, etc. I'm looking ideally for someone to take over my lease starting end of May/June 1st, though that can be flexible. I've lived in this apt for 3+ years and am only moving out to move in with my gf. This lease ends July 31st, but both roommates that currently live there are 100% staying and I haven't gotten a single rent increase since I've lived here the past 3 years with renewed leases, which has been unreal.

Best roommates and location - close to all the best restaurants and fun bars. We currently have no pets, but maybe a cat would be ok. contact me for more info.
