You will be living with 2 roommates (male and female) in a new elevator building with roof-deck that is conveniently located in South-East Williamsburg around the corner of Broadway with access to all stores, cool restaurants & bars, a 10 minute walk from Bedford avenue, 1 block from J/M/Z and G train, 2 stops from downtown Manhattan and a 7 min cab ride over the Williamsburg bridge to the city.

3rd floor apartment with a spacious living room and outdoor balcony, dining area and a new large open kitchen with marble countertops and island. Top of the line appliances: large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and W/D, the bathroom has a shower and tub.
