Studio sized room in Bushwick! (3 br/2 bath)

Large studio sized room with ample sunshine is up for grabs after 4 years ! Around the corner from the J and street side parking !

I am moving into Manhattan in mid May, so now this place may potentially be yours ! The lease ends at the end of June, so I am looking for someone to stay at least two months with the option to renew the lease for another year.

The room easily fits comfortably a King sized bed, a couch, desk, night stand and more. The kitchen is shared between all three roommates and the bathroom is only shared with one. This is a walk-up apartment and the unit is on the 3rd floor. Sadly the landlord does not allow pets in the building.

Roommate #1 is an interior designer in her mid thirties and Roommate #2 is student currently studying for her masters degree. They would prefer a roommate that is on the mature & responsible side of the spectrum and doesn't bring the party home. Both are home bodies in the evenings and would prefer someone that doesn't make too much noise. That said the room up for rent is on the other side of the apartment, so being too loud should not be an issue.

Our third roommate left the city due to COVID and we do not expect her to renew the lease. As such there is an opportunity to split the rent of the apartment in half if you want to keep your own private bathroom when it comes time to renew the lease. If you are interested, then the rent would be 1175 to keep the private bathroom.

There are two supermarkets within walking distance, three if you count Rite Aid, and the J train is literally around the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Lower East Side on the J and the A/C/L are 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment as well.

Utilities are usually around 80 dollars during winter and closer to 50 during the summer.

The apartment can be left unfurnished but preference will be given to those that would like it furnished. The following furniture that would stay in the room is as follows:
