Cozy Bensonhurst Room for Rent!

My roommate is moving out in mid-April, so I'm looking for someone to fill his shoes! The apartment has a small bathroom & comfortable kitchen; the bedroom available for rent is large enough to comfortably fit a full-size bed and a desk. There is a shared living room with a futon, coffee table, bookshelf, and TV+PS4 setup. The apartment is a four-block walk away from the D line. There is a 24/7 laundromat with inexpensive wash-and-dry as well as a gas station around the corner; there's a Key Food about a 15 minute walk/5 minute bus ride away.

The neighborhood is very quiet & residential; there's no nightlife, but it's easy enough to get into the city or other parts of Brooklyn. The landlady is a wonderful woman who is very kind & caring and always quick to help with any repairs or issues that need to happen.

I'm a manager at an independent bookstore in Cobble Hill and a part-time undergrad student at Brooklyn College. I keep late hours; typically I work 1:30-9:30 and tend to be home & doing things from 11pm-3am. I personally prefer to go out to meet my friends instead of having people over, though I don't mind visitors at all! Generally I live a very quiet life and tend to keep to myself.

The $850 rent cited includes the cost of rent, utilities, and internet.

The pictures attached include: the living room, which is the room you walk into! My bedroom is the door on the left; the bedroom available to rent is the door on the right, which I've also included a picture of (unfortunately I don't have any available pictures of the space sans my current roommate's things). To the right of the living room is the kitchen, and through the kitchen is the bathroom. The apartment is street-facing. I have blackout curtains up in the street-facing window, which I keep closed at night and when I'm not home.
