- Room avail is on 3rd floor, right next to my bedroom, faces south
- Room dimensions 10’ 3” x 11' 10" (give or take a few inches) + closet at ~ 5’ 5” x 2’
- Your own private bath (very spacious)
- Gated entrance
- Parking spot avail in tandem parking garage
- Washer/dryer in garage
- I have 2 wonderful well-behaved cats

HOUSE STUFF/ETC:
- No shoes in the house :D
- energy conservative
- Lots of plants in the house
- We rarely, if ever, have guests over (b/c COVID)
- positive + chill vibes only!

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROOMMATES:
- Female/she/her/30s/graphic, visual designer, work from home. Mostly cook at home. Jazz is my go-to mood music. I read a lot, make soap/candles sometimes. Care about social justice and climate change. Mostly introvert. I meditate and occasionally yoga.
- Male/he/him/30s/game combat designer. Plays video games professionally and for fun. Works out a lot. Great at singing, makes/plays music sometimes. Mostly introvert.
