My amazing roommate and I are looking for an awesome new 3rd roommate for move in April 1st. The room is a great size with very tall ceilings and a spacious closet. Can fit a full/queen sized bed comfortably with room for a desk, bookshelf, chest of drawers, etc. My roommate who will be staying in the apartment is a young professional in the fashion industry and I am an artist/actress/hospitality professional. We have a great spot on 137th between Broadway and Riverside 1 block from the 1 train. We prefer a female or non-heterosexual male.

The rent includes basement laundry in the building as well as access to a great well maintained gym, a lounge/meeting area with media center & game room, and extra laundry machines all located in the next building over. There is also rentable art studio space in the basement of our building if that is something that interests you.

We are located a couple stops from Columbia University and an avenue away from City College in a great part of West Harlem that is walking distance from awesome restaurants, wine bars and adorable cafes. There is a Duane Reade on the corner, right next to the subway entrance.
