Renting a queen/ king size room which is spacious. The room has a TV cabinet, dresser and a small fridge. Also has A/C unit for summer time. It is a 3 bedroom apartment and has a shared full kitchen and a bathroom .
You are going to share it with three more males in their late 20's and 30's. Laid back and quiet place. We work 9-5 jobs and won't see us throughout the day.
Location is about 10 mins walking to either N, W train or R, M train. 15 mins ride to the city. Area is close to a dynamic area in Astoria which means there are lots of restaurants, cafes, stores, Duane Read etc.. Right next to 30th avenue and Steinway.
Price of the room is $950 with everything included.
