'm looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP at Jackson Park Apartment Complex in Long Island City. The lease is up on 8/21/2020. This is a two bedroom one bath. Currently, one working Korean male aged 25 lives here, who you would be rooming with. The apartment has all of the amenities you would ever need, including full kitchen, dish washer, enormous windows, and an in unit washer dryer. It is also a corner unit.
Furthermore, gym membership is included in the monthly rent. The gym includes a full sized basketball court, dry, and wet saunas, and an indoor AND outdoor pool. The NET monthly rent is 2,216 per months, but you get the last month free in August. So, the gross comes out to around 1,900 per month.
The Queens Plaza subway stop is also on the same block as the building (E, M, N, R, and 7 trains). The G train is also a five minute walk away.
