We're 3 mid 20s women looking for a clean, quiet non-smoking 4th roommate for our 4 bed/2 bath Washington Heights apartment. Move in date is March 1st.
The bedroom gets great light and fits a full sized bed, wardrobe, a dresser, etc. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The apartment building has an elevator, laundry in the basement as well as a super. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Location: On Fort Washington Avenue right off the 168th Street stop of the A/C/1.
Cost: Rent is $848 a month + utilities and internet. One month's rent and a security deposit are required upon move in
