Hello, I am looking for someone to be an additional roommate and take over my master bedroom in the 3 bed 1 ba apartment by July 15th!

I am moving out of town and would need a roommate to replace me.

Your portion of the rent would be $933 a month. Deposit would be $925. My landlord will give back the deposit at the end of the lease if all decide to move out.

Since you would move in half way into the month (July 15) you will only need to pay half the rent for the month of July, so only $466.50 and then moving forward $933 a month (full month).

Electricity, gas and WiFi would be split amongst the roommates, which averages less than $20 each for electricity, around $20 for WiFi, and around $10 or less for gas.

Current roommates are all cool, outgoing, (LGBTQ friendly), and both are employed. Living room/kitchen is furnished (couch, tv stand, eating table).

Lease ends August 31, 2022, but all roommates will re-sign a new lease to stay in the apartment either a 1 year or 2 year lease (will be decided amongst you and my other two roommates when you move in).

Close walk to the M train, within 1 min, bus one block away that leads to major subway connections. walk to all shops for all your local needs such as supermarkets, grocery stores, delis, laundry and much more all over the block.

Takes About 30 Mins to the City (Manhattan) by Train!
