We are looking for someone to fill our master bedroom that has a private bathroom and outside balcony in a nice apartment complex located in Santa Clarita

The apartment complex has a pool, gym, hot tub and a gated parking garage.

10 minutes to the Mall/College

Lots of nearby restaurants/shopping

30 minutes to the Ocean/Hollywood/LA

Big living room w/ balcony, nice kitchen w/ dishwasher & fireplace.

Rent is $1050.00 a month

Utilities come to about $100 a month

Gas - $20
Electricity - $30 - $50
Internet - $15

You must apply through the Canyon Crest Apartments website or leasing office and be approved by them. They will check your credit, do a background check and ask for proof of your income.

One of the current roommates must leave due to a family emergency so you would be taking his place on our lease that ends in June of this year. So only guaranteed occupancy until the lease is over 6/9/2020

No pets. We already have a cat, a kitten and a Labrador. All animals very loving, clean and keep to themselves.
