Loft in Williamsburg

Hey there! We are looking for
someone to move into our 4 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in South Williamsburg
Rent is $1,100 including bills

The apartment is on the second floor of an old textile factory converted into lofts, so we have wonderfully high, tin ceilings (18ft tall) and lots of space. Our living and studio area is large and open, with several tall windows that fill the room with natural
light. The kitchen/dining areas are separate from the bedrooms/living room area.

The available room is a simple and efficient furnished space featuring stairs to a lofted bed, and can easily fit closet, desk, drawers, shelves, etc. There's no window to the outdoors, but there IS a window that looks into the living room -- you'll often look
out and see our cat, Rosie, perched on top of our piano we also foster kittens and there is usually a few cute little babies around.

We are conveniently located within walking distance to multiple transportation options: 1 block from Hewes St JMZ train; 5 min to G train; 12 min to L; 8 min to Wburg Bridge bus terminal. Super easy to get to Manhattan/LES.
