Looking for someone to take over my lease from ASAP. I have the lease until July 27, 2021 and if you like it, you can extend. Currently living here and happy to show you around. Looking to relocate to another place that better fits me.

It is a full apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 large and one a bit smaller, no closet. No roommates will live here unless you get one. The other room can fit a small bed but I have it as an office and dining area. The images make the apartment look a lot smaller than it is but I have an 82 inch sofa in the living room, a queen sized bed in the bedroom, 2 desks, 1 dining table, 2 cabinets which I put my TV on, a 7 foot mirror and a dresser. Landlord is kind of strict so please have good credit, clean record and deposits ready so I can receive my deposit back. You should also have a reference and pay stubs.
