Room 8' x 12' and comes with a skylight and closet. Central A/C. Within walking distance of Gates J/Z, Knickerbocker M, and Myrtle-Wyckoff L train stations. Close to Sunrise/Sunset, IC Brooklyn, Starliner and within walking distance of plenty of Bushwick night life. Laundromat around the corner.
We have a very loved dog and cat, so must love pets! Looking for someone mature, clean/considerate who contributes to keeping common spaces clean, doesn't bring the party home and can pay the bills on time.
