I am a male NYU graduate and CUNY full-time employee and professor interested in hosting a roommate in my large bedroom.

About the Apartment
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building with a buzzer system and intercome. The kitchen has a toaster, air fryer, refrigerator, stove and a portable water system (cooler). The private bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with drawers around the bed a nightstand and a smart TV to use.

I am interested in finding a gay-friendly roommate that is clean, responsible, and considerate. One who has a full-time job or one who is attending college in the area. Someone who does not have a lot of things given the apartment is fully furnished. Someone that does have any pet, smoke or do drugs.

The 1-train is two minutes walk from the apartment and a one-minute walk to get to the express bus to Manhattan.
