Large room available in 2 bedroom loft

Hi, my name is Abby. I am a working artist, with a freelance professional lifestyle, so my schedule varies from week to week.
The communal areas are furnished, and the kichen has everything available to use, including a new washing machine that I recently purchased. The bedrooms are private, and I have a semi- private studio in the space, which is sepatated from the communal areas by a partition wall.
The loft is big, sunny, and has lots of old school, new york character. The space has a very intimate layout, so Im looking for a like-minded person who is easy going, and friendly. I have a large, sweet cat named Vicente, he loves people.
The neighborhood has tons of restaurants, bars, and cafes. My apartment is three blocks from the newly renovated waterfront, and is right next to the williamsburg bridge, (a quiet oasis despite the close proximity to the surrounding area). I am the first stop into brooklyn from manhattan on the trains, and the foot/bike path over the bridge is right outside my door, so you can walk/ride to the lower east side in 20 min.
I am ideally looking for something longer term, however im open to shorter stays. Mostly, I want to find someone who enjoys the space, is respectful, and a good overall fit.
