Room for Rent in Large East Harlem Apartment
We are looking for someone to sublet one of our bedrooms starting March 1st! Ideally, this person would resign the lease starting July 1 for something long-term.
$1,000 + $23 for internet (all other utilities are included!). FEMALE ONLY!
Move in cost would be $1,000 + $1,020 security deposit.
The bedroom comes furnished, with a full bed and frame with built-in drawers, large dresser, and a large closet! We’re also happy to sell the furniture if you would prefer your own.
-Large 3 bedroom in East Harlem right off the 4/5/6 train at 125th St. Just a short 10 min walk to the 2/3, or 15 mins to the A/B/C/D if that strikes your fancy. Also right off the Metro North.
-24 hour doorman, elevator, and laundry in the building. Building is accessible with key fob.
-Furnished common areas
-Storage galore! Plus, we have a terrace :)
-Drug free (We don't care if you smoke or whatever when you're out, just none in the apartment).
-Very quiet building. We rarely hear our neighbors or outside noises.
-Responsible, kind, sociable, considerate human being.
-Pay rent on time every month.
-Most importantly, CLEAN! As in, clean up after yourself every time, don't leave dishes piled in the sink or trash overflowing, leave common areas uncluttered and clean/sanitary.
