1 Bedroom to share in spacious apartment

I have a bedroom available for rent in this shared apartment (3 people total), located in the Grove Street section of Jersey City. The rent is $990/month + utilities, which only include internet and gas/electricity (the landlord pays for water). Dimensions of the bedroom are 10 x 10 1/2 feet. As you can see from the pictures, there is a lot of common space - a comfortable living room, a television area and a huge kitchen. Tenant would share a bathroom with one other person (the third person has a bedroom with a private bath). Closet in the room is 4 feet in width. Move-in date is 2/15.

The location is a 10-minute walk to the Grove Street PATH station and a 13-minute walk to the Newport PATH. Very convenient. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, parks, supermarkets, gyms are all within walking distance. I'm a quiet, easy-going roommate who is looking for a nice person to share this space with me and my other roommate. I really love living in this neighborhood. I hope you'll come to love it as much as I do.

There's a washer and dryer on the premises, which is awesome. The apartment also has one parking space allotted for the three of us, so we can take turns sharing - otherwise, it's street parking. That's usually not a big problem before 7 pm. After that, you may have to drive a few blocks away.

Prospective tenants must sign the lease and pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent. The landlord will require you to show proof of employment and to undergo a credit check ($50 processing fee for this). The apartment is the top floor of a house. The landlord lives downstairs with his family. He is a nice guy and has always been attentive with repairs and that sort of thing.
