Hi,

My name is Mary. I?m a Scorpio if that means anything lol, I?m super chill, sweet, caring, down-to-earth, great listener and a huge foodie! So I?m cooking often and don?t mind sharing. I love dancing and music just as much as food!!!!!!! I love learning about new things and having conversations... even if it?s about your day. Let?s not be weird. I?d love to become friends with my future roommates. Be honest and forward with each other. The apartment has been renovated recently so I still have a lot furnishing to do. I have visitors once in a while and I don?t mind anyone else having their company over. I do cherish my privacy... a lot. I go out from time to time but never or super rarely bring the party home. I work at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital from 8am to 4pm. I often work doubles so I like to relax once I get home. I?ve lived in Washington Heights for the major parts of my life so anything you?d like to find, I?m more than happy to try and help you. I?m not a smoker. Also LGBT friendly all the way. I?d like to meet my potential roomies for lunch or something before I show you the apartment.

I am looking to occupy 1 of 3 rooms I will have available as of March 1st. I am not a broker... I already live in the apt and my current roommates are moving out. I prefer the potential person (either female or male) to be between the ages of 25 to 32 so that everyone is within each other?s age group.
The leasing period will be for no less than 12 months. The apartment is located in the very quiet Hudson Heights neighborhood (within Washington Heights surprisingly), with a great view from the block of the George Washington Bridge and is on a 3rd floor of a walk-up building. You will have ample choices of public transportation ranging from the A and 1 train, Bronx and Manhattan bound buses, as well as some NJ transit. If you?re a foodie... this will be your utopia lol. You can find all kinds of food in the area and you?ll be able to find anything you need at anytime of the day. The common areas are shared. So everyone must be willing to pick up after themselves. The utility bill ranges between $20-30 per month and the WiFi will be free of charge. During the summer time period, everyone is expected to pay $50 for the light bill if using an ac from the month of June-August (September if it?s still hot).
I won?t and can?t have pets or smoking in the apartment. I prefer one person per room. No couples. If you?re down-to-earth, neat, responsible and respectful, I want you! Lol

So if you?re still interested by the time you got to this paragraph, please bear in mind that you will have to provide me with certain documentations for a background check done by the building manager. There is a fee for that.
-You must complete an application for consideration.
-Your credit score must be 650 or greater.
-Income must be $45,000 or greater.
-Be prepared to provide bank statements, paystubs, W2?s, etc.
-Fee will be $1,700 (first month and deposit)

P. S. Although there?s no laundromat in the building, there are several in the area.
