Welcome to the bamboo tiki style beach house! There are two entrances to the home. I use one and guests usually use the other. Technically this is a SHARED home but the set up provides A LOT of privacy as rooms are on separate floors so we could come and go and not see one another for days. I try to give my renters as much privacy as possible.

Bedroom has partial OCEAN VIEW (from side window and from bedroom door), KING size bed, mini frig for convenience, coffee maker, dresser, desk, separate vanity mirror desk area, book shelf and chair, large closets, beautiful, seagrass carpet and a solid core, noise reducing door with a lock and key. The home was custom designed with a tropical bamboo island decor and you can SURF outside our back door!

The house is IDEAL for sharing because it offers a lot of privacy and I work and travel often so we may not even see one another so you may have the entire home to yourself from time to time. I have had roommates for many years so I am very comfortable an accustomed to living with others who have a like-minded respect for each other.

DOWNSTAIRS SHARE fully equipped main kitchen with lots of appliances, dishes, utensils, juicers, blenders and coffeemakers of every kind. The cozy living room has a comfy sectional couch, tiki bar, giant TV and fireplace, library full of art books, DVD player, surround sound, and Apple TV - great for movie night! Step out our sliding door onto our beachfront patio with dining table, umbrella, lounge chairs for sunbathing Tiki bar and solar tiki torches that light up at night! It is magical.

I am NOT the owner, just a long time lease-holder who is permitted to have housemates and have been here for many years and had many wonderful housemates. This is a rare opportunity for the right person to experience the real California lifestyle beach living. I am seeking mature, clean, quiet, financially stable and respectful, housemates to share this very special place with me. A min 3 month minimum commitment is required although I am favoring longer term renters. Once you get here, you won? t want to leave! This is truly a one-of-a-kind space.
