Furnished room 4 Rent in Shared Apt [Util-incl]

Hello folks, here’s my profile and description.
I live in a 3rd floor apt of a three family building that consists of the following … 4 bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. I work the grave yard shift(Mon-Fri) and I also work a second job over the weekends, so with that being said, if you are a person that works the 9-5 shift during the week or is in school during the day hours, there should be plenty of privacy for each roommate. There will be 3 of us at a minimum with an occasional 4th roommate.

The Apt is fully Furnished (although I will require you to bring your own bedding's i. e blanket, bed sheets, pillow cases & a pillow e. t. c ... for a FULL size bed ) The rent covers all utilities which includes gas/heat, electricity, water, wireless internet, cable and trash removal. The minimum amount to move in is $1900. This will be your first and last month’s rent. The monthly rent is $950.00.

If you own a car, there is plenty of FREE STREET parking in front of the building. The location sits on the Bus line(Hyde Park Avenue) between the forest hills 'T' station to the North which is about 10 minutes by bus and the commuter rail train station to the South, which is about 7 minutes away.

I am looking for one more person besides myself and one other person to occupy one of the rooms. I am particularly looking for a person who is non-smoking, clean, quiet and has a reasonable respect for others, has a FULL TIME JOB away from home and is 'Focused' on CAREER GOALS.
Please be advised that it is ONE PERSON PER ROOM, SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY (SRO), NO COUPLES, NO CHILDREN AND PLEASE NO PETS. Further more No partying or "hanging out with the Crew" will be permitted while your roommates are not at home. And please NO OVER NIGHT guest. This accommodation is designed for MATURE GROWN ADULTS
who need a clean, quiet and safe environment to "lay their head", relax and rejuvenate after a hard day @ work !

I am looking for a very unique individual that will treat my place like their own and someone who I trust I won't have to baby sit or worry about especially when I’m not @ home.

Another thing to be aware of is that there is no house maid and as such there will be house chores. Nothing serious though other than cleaning up after your self in the kitchen and bathroom and taking turns dumping the trash and sweeping the hallway between the rooms & the kitchen.
