The room is large with closet and its location is accessible to all forms of transportation: #4/D trains (Bedford Park Blvd train station). Buses BX 1,2,26,25. Room is $1200 per month (Includes utilities). WIFI is $20 extra and $100 extra per month, AC use during the hot season (June-Sept). Pay-stubs (4 months) and W-2 stub, valid id and work references required. Room is delivered furnished or empty. Long stay preferred. Light cooking and a 9 to 5 pm or 11pm to 7am work schedule is preferable. No night owls or early roosters. Normal sleeping habit candidates. We all want rest. We work and are respectful of other roommate's privacy and sleep schedules. This is an orderly place. No drugs, no cannabis, no smokers, no incense burning. No vaping in the apartment.
