A large room to let in Richmond Hill, Queens, New York. The room is very elegantly designed and there is a lot of light. The room also holds it own bespoke closet. The apartment contains a large living room / kitchen area. The apartment has also very recently been decorated including a new coat of paint.

Ideally, I am seeking a quiet and conscientious roommate who does not have many visitors. The apartment has neighbors to the side and below it.

There is a shared bathroom. The landlord is a very friendly and amenable person and so discussion can be held with him regarding furnishing the apartment. In addition, further discussion can be had with him regarding rent and deposit etc. I believe that electricity is the only utility to meet, but this can be verified with the landlord should you be interested in taking the room. Couples are welcome, subject to landlord's approval.

I am a friendly and sociable roommate. I am carrying out research at a university in Manhattan and so I am around during the evenings but out during the day.

This would be an ideal place for a professional or student. It is located in close proximity to Lefferts Boulevard subway station and there is an express train into downtown Manhattan. There is also a range of grocery stores, restaurants, a library and other amenities near the apartment.
