Looking for a roommate in BK

Hello,

I currently have an open room available in my apartment. The room is an estimate size 10x13. The room has a closet and a floor heater. (the room doesn't come with the futon but more than welcome to have it if needed). Next to the bedroom is the bathroom and kitchen. The room appears smaller in pics, but I left the futon to get an idea of sizing. It can definitely fit up to a queen size bed + dresser. Move in ready: August 1st.

The apartment is off the A/C train Ralph (or 20 min walk to the A @ utica) and less than a 15 minute walk to the 3/4 train on the Utica stop. There's a grocery store and laundry three blocks away. There's also rooftop access where you can see a bit of Manhattan.

My best friend and I live on the other side of the apartment. We are looking for a chill roommate who can pay rent + utilities (gas, elec, and internet) on time.

There are two friendly cats in the apartment, but can keep them closed off,

No cigarettes, but friendly. However, I tend to have aromatherapy going so the apartment smells and feels clean and fresh. Please message with any questions!
