Furnished room in a 3 bed 2 bath house. Share bathroom with another tenant. Available on 4/30/2022.

The rate is $1200/month. Utility (water, sewage, trash, electricity, gas and internet) bills are split with all the people living in the house. On average, the utility cost is around $70/person/month in summers, and around $100/person/month in winters.

If you don't stay for the whole month of the last month, the rent of the last month can be prorated.
Security deposit is one month of rent.

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, near Lakewood Park (4 minutes walk), 1 minute drive to ramp onto US 101 or Lawrence Express Way. 6 minutes drive from Google Sunnyvale Campus, 6 minutes from LinkedIn, 16 minutes from Facebook...

Very safe neighborhood. 3 - 5 minutes walk from nearby bus stations. 5 minutes walk from a nearby plaza where an Asian grocery store (New Wing Yuan Market) and six Asian restaurants (Saigon Seafood Harbor, Ming Tasty, ...) are located.

The room is 97.3 square feet plus a 6.5 square feet closet. The room is furnished with a full size bed (mattress and frame), a desk, a chair and some other simple furniture. You can bring your own furniture if you prefer.

You will be sharing a bathroom with another tenant.
I live in the bedroom with a private bath in the house. I only use my bathroom. I am a 30 years old guy who works as an engineer in a tech company.

My father is temporarily living in the living room. So there will be four people (including you) living in the house. He will go back to his home town and live there this summer.

The house was remodeled at the end of 2018.
You will have full access to the kitchen including dishwasher, microwave oven, cooking top, oven, refrigerator, range hood.
Heaters are in the lobby and living room. You can use electrical heater and portable air conditioner in your room.
Washer and dryer are available in the house.
High speed WiFi.
Free street parking. You can always easily find parking spots within 100 feet of the house.

I am looking for a professional or student who is responsible and clean. One person only.
No smoking in the house.
No dogs or cats.
Use headset/earplug in the house when listen to music, watch videos, etc.
All the other people in the house are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. I hope you also are.
