Roommate wanted to share newly renovated apt

The unit is a newly renovated 2-floor apartment near Yankee stadium on a quiet tree-lined residential block. Apartment has gorgeous, clear finished hardwood floors with high ceilings; central Air Conditioning and Controlled Heat throughout. The apartment is right on the 1st floor and we have a camera to see all visitors as well as a free Washer and Dryer available downstairs.

I'm looking to sublease a room to a clean, non-smoking roommates (students or young professionals) between the ages of 25-35 who can move in immediately. I have a Bernedoodle puppy (trained and very quiet) and the other roommates each have a dog so dog lovers are desired.

The Bedroom is furnished with queen size bed and furniture, has a large closet, and will be $1250/ month. The occupant would share the main bathroom with one other person.

Common areas include a large living room with 65in TV; modern open kitchen, equipped with full size stainless steel appliances, a marble counter top, white cabinetry and subway tile backsplash; and a private backyard/ patio space.

All utilities and wifi are included in the cost of rent quoted above. Will require first month's rent, security deposit and references to move in.
