Fairfax District/Beverly Hills area. Hollywood Hills view. 5 mins from Hollywood. Down the street from the Beverly Center.

Upgraded apartment. Brand new carpet. Washer and dryer. No bathroom in bedroom but guest bathroom in hallway. Comes with parking spot in garage. Pics attached are actual pictures. Can send more. 10th floor, gated community, patrol at all gates.

Must go through a background check. Must verify income or your parents income if they?re paying your rent. FEMALE roommate only age 24-37. Must be a business professional or exchange student. IF YOU ARE NOT EMPLOYED AND HAVE SAVINGS YOU MUST PAY 3 MONTHS UPFRONT. And establish employment before that 3 months is up. If employment is not established you will need to pay the next 3 months up front or give notice to move.

No pets. I do have a Pomeranian she is a bit older and very well behaved and potty trained. She will never get in your way.

I?m a quiet person and I stay to myself a lot. But I do play music at times when I am home. I work a lot and have projects outside of work so busy most times. Would like a roommate who is somewhat the same. Christian Values.

Asking rent is $1495
$1200 deposit/ refundable within 35 days. If you break notice, deposit is non-refundable No credit check but must go through background check and income check. If you are a student your parents must verify their income. Must give 35 day notice if you decide to move.
