Harlem Room $1250 January 2020

Greetings!

I am moving next month and looking for a new female roommate to take my place in a month-to-month lease.

I live in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Harlem on the west side. The apartment is located two blocks from the 137th Street-City College 1 train station. My current roommate, Chantal, and I are looking for someone to move into my room for a January 15 or February 1, 2020 move-in.

Our apartment in total is $2600 which includes all utilities, cable, and WiFi. My room is the smaller room but still very spacious and is $1250 per month. The elevator building has 27 floors, a front desk security guard, and a laundry room on the main level with an on-site maintenance team. The apartment itself is a very nice size with a full-size balcony and great views of the Hudson River. We live across directly across from Riverside Park. Living and dining room space doesn't make you feel closed in, and the kitchen is nice, too. I've lived here for three and a half years. The landlord is a Black woman who is very kind, an excellent communicator, and wants a new easy-going tenant to replace me.
