I am looking to sublease my room in a 3x2 apartment in Jersey City. Move-in is flexible but ideally looking for someone to move in on or before January 1, 2020. The apartment is pretty large and you would be renting the second largest room with a shared bathroom. Electric and water included in rent, parking is available for extra $100. Looking for females only please.

It?s a very convenient location since we?re a 10 min walk from both the Newport and Grove St path stations with easy access to the city, it?s a block away from the Newport Mall, and there are a ton of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are a lot of young families living around the neighborhood and Hamilton Park is a block away too so it?s quiet and safe and comfortable.

My roommates are super friendly and pretty low-key people; they're looking for someone who they get along with and won't make the place a mess. They keep the space clean, like spending time together, and don't throw outrageous parties although they're never opposed to having people over. We've had this place for about 2.5 years and love the amount of space and the surrounding neighborhood.
