We are seeking a third roommate to fill one (furnished) bedroom in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Clinton Hill for $1,200 beginning ASAP/January 1st. Please take a look over the following and reach out if interested:

The Apartment
The apartment is located at Fulton & Washington Ave, literally steps away from the Clinton-Washington C train. Our unit is the first apartment in the complex on the first floor, so moving/getting in and out is a breeze. The main level includes a beautiful living room with AC unit, kitchen, bedroom, and full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, and all the supplies you need to cook. The lower level includes another huge living room with a Smart TV, AC unit, two bedrooms (one will be yours), and another full bathroom. Your bedroom comes with a full size bed, large dresser, floating shelves, and closet. In addition to the COMPLETELY FURNISHED apartment, you'll have access to the backyard and massive rooftop for views of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

The Neighborhood
Clinton Hill is a relatively small neighborhood that borders Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, and Bedford-Stuyvesant so you have easy access to a variety of neighborhoods. Our apartment is located seconds away from the Clinton-Washington C train (5 stops to Manhattan) and a few blocks away from the Clinton-Washington G train (6 stops to Williamsburg). Our neighborhood has everything you could ask for within 1 block. . . restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, laundromats, delis, etc. Finally, it's worth mentioning that we've never had an issue with safety after 4+ years of living here and the neighborhood is developing more every day.

The Roommates
We are two professionals (2 males) in our mid/late-20s that work standard 9-5pm jobs in Manhattan. We are mature and respectful of each other - weeknights are generally laid back while weekends are full of adventures and experiencing all the city has to offer. We're welcoming to any positive individual to fill the gap that our current roommate is leaving.

The room is available starting immediately and although you'll be paying month to month, we're ideally looking for someone to stay long term. Upon moving in you'll need to pay a $1,200 deposit (returned upon moving out) and $1,200 for first month's rent.
