Hello! I recently started a new job in San Diego and so I am looking to fill my room in Santa Clara ASAP. The apartment is a 1200 sq/ft (2bed/2bath) apartment at the Lawrence Cal Train station. A couple currently lives in the master bedroom.
You will have your own bedroom w/ walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The apartment is furnished (minus the room available) and has all new stainless steel appliances. The room is $1600 + utilities (around $75/month). I am looking to move my things out of the room by 12/21, so move in can happen anytime after that (December is paid for so only worry about deposit and Jan rent, will have to apply and do credit check with property manager).
About my Roommates:
Lauren and Patrick have been together for 5 years and have cat named Armin. He is extremely friendly and lovable. Patrick is a software engineer and Lauren is a Customer Success Manager. They are both bodybuilders in but also love relaxing weekends. They are a very clean and tidy couple. Enjoy going out from time to time.
