Apartment is located in the heart of Greenpoint/border of North Williamsburg. Cute shops and dining on the same block, central to everything! 1 block from the G at Nassau or a 10min walk across McCarren Park to the Bedford L. The building is privately owned and managed by a wonderful, helpful and friendly landlord. I have been a tenant here for 4 happy years. The seperate entrance in the bedroom is not functional, but you would enter through the kitchen to get to your area. Shared spaces are the kitchen and bathroom only - the bathroom is quite small with a standing shower, but lots of storage closet space. Kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space and small eat-in area, and dishwasher! Laundry is a block away on Manhattan Ave and they do drop off next day service as well. We have only one set of neighbors upstairs who are also very lovely :) It's a very communal building and we want to keep the vibe that way!

A bit about me...
I'm a freelance fashion consultant and stick and poke tattooer, recently pursuing a career in spiritual healing. I'm easygoing and friendly, and I'd ideally like a roommate whom I feel I can connect with on a personal/friendship level. I'm very clean, and I spend a lot of time at home in my own space. I have a 5 year old bearded dragon named Sebastian, and he mostly stays contained within my own space. He's really sweet and mild mannered, never bites and is very friendly and peaceful.

Looking for a roommate who is kind, friendly, relaxed, and down to earth. I'd prefer someone with a more regular work/sleep schedule. Cleanliness and respect for common space is a must, as is equity of keeping shared spaces tidy on a regular basis.
