My current roommates (husband and wife) are moving out in January.
I am looking for someone fun (but not too fun) who is respectful and cleans up after themselves.
I often work on a morning show so I am often asleep during the day.

Smoking on balcony okay. Sometimes a friend stays with me in my room. (I have my own bathroom as well.)
There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a nicely furnished living room with an enormous TV.
We have high-speed internet but need to split that, the cable, Con Ed and cooking gas.
