I'm a quiet and clean person, out of courtesy I don't have people over very often (no overnight guests), so I expect the same from my new roommate. The room is unfurnished and available by April 1 or sooner. It?s a nice, spacious room with 2 closets. The rent is $800 plus utilities (internet+electricity).
