We are looking for someone to take over our 3rd bedroom in our Astoria apt starting July 1 or earlier! The apartment is a true 3 bedroom, located on 30th ave, 5 minutes from from the N/W 30 Ave subway stop. Supermarkets, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. 10 min walk to the Astoria ferry and Astoria Park. We have in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, live in super, video intercom system, heat and hot water included.

The available room is the largest one, can fit a queen or king bed comfortably, large closet and several windows for amazing sunlight.

Wifi, utilities, supplies (toilet paper etc.) are split evenly and we also pay for a cleaning person to come by once a month (around $40 per person).

Your two roommates are two female professionals in their late 20s, working in HR and advertising. We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate and a team player when it comes to stuff regarding the apartment. Looking for someone who knows how to have fun but doesn't bring the party back home. We enjoy hanging out together, but also have separate consistent schedules. Message for any details
